July 13, 2021 - The Village is once again planning to recognize efforts made by organizations, individuals and businesses to improve Oak Park through property preservation, sustainability and accessibility.
Nominations are now being sought for the 2021 accessibility, aging in place, historic preservation and sustainability awards. Winners will be announced and recognized at a ceremony during a special Village Board meeting December 15.
The community stewardship awards were not administered in 2020 as Village staff focused most of its attention on its COVID-19 response.
