April 15, 2024 - The Oak Park Department of Public Health will be out and about this weekend, visiting the Oak Park River Forest Chamber of Commerce's 8th Annual Community Health and Wellness Fair on Sunday, April 21 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. This year's event will take place at the Park District of Oak Park's Community Recreation Center (CRC), located at 229 Madison St.
The Community Health and Wellness Fair showcases a variety of health and wellness services that are available in Oak Park and throughout the western suburbs. Attendees can interact with more than 60 exhibitors and vendors, inclduding the Oak Park Public Health Department, while receiving complimentary screenings, enjoying fun family activities and collecting great giveaways.
The event is free to attend, however pre-registration is encouraged. Please click here to complete the brief form. The pre-registration form ensures easy entrance into the event and quicker access to the dynamic service providers in attendance.
