Community Notification System

The Village of Oak Park is moving to a new emergency alert system powered by Everbridge in 2026. Anyone enrolled under the old emergency alerts sytem will need to register for a new account at www.oak-park.us/notifyme to continue receiving notifications, including alerts about snow parking, mosquito spraying and severe weather. The registration process allows users to choose how they wish to be notified – by text, email and/or voice message. No action is required if you no longer wish to receive notifications. 

The Everbridge Mass Notification platform is the official notification system used by the Village of Oak Park to communicate with community residents during emergencies. Sign up now to receive free alerts from the Village of Oak Park via text message, email and/or voice message.

  • Indicate what types of alerts you want to receive, including emergency snow parking ban, mosquito spraying, weather and more.
  • Indicate how you want to be notified by text, email and/or voice message.
