Police to discuss crime at October zone meetings

Oct. 1, 2021 - Oak Park Police Chief LaDon Reynolds and members of his command staff will discuss the recent uptick in crime including vehicle hijackings at the October town-hall-style virtual meetings hosted each month by the residential beat officers (RBO) assigned to eight geographic areas in the Village.

Residents are urged to visit, identify their neighborhood zone and sign up for monthly updates and meeting notices, including participation links for the October online zone meetings.

The dates for the October neighborhood meetings are as follows:

Wed., Oct. 13 zone 4 Officer Verge
