Make way for winter tree pruning

This winter a portion of the Village’s 18,000-plus parkway trees are scheduled to be pruned. Residents are urged to move their cars from the streets when temporary no-parking signs go up to allow crews to prune parkway trees quickly and safely during the winter pruning cycle.

Holiday tree collection set for early January

Fall leaf collection underway

The Village’s fall leaf collection program is scheduled for Oct. 27 – Dec. 5, with six pickups scheduled for each section of Oak Park. For the second consecutive year, residents will not place leaves directly into the street.

Bike Plan Update calls for bolstering Oak Park's cycling network
