Request for Proposals

Under state law and local ordinance, all purchases of goods or materials that exceed $25,000 and any construction project exceeding $10,000 require formal procedures using bids/requests for proposals. Upon evaluation of the bids/proposals received, the Village Board must approve a contract with the awarded vendor. The local Prevailing Wage Ordinance may apply.

For construction projects, the Village of Oak Park’s uses a web-based process through Quest Construction Data Network. This process delivers construction project advertisements and bid documents in a timely and cost effective way. View construction project bid notices.

Dell Computer Equipment

The Village is accepting bids from qualified contractors for Dell computer equipment. Bids will be accepted until 4 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026.

Emergency Water and Sewer Repair Work

The Village is accepting bids from qualified contractors to perform emergency water and sewer repair work during the calendar year 2027. Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026.

Stone & Sand Materials

The Village of Oak Park is accepting bids from qualified contractors to provide stone and sand materials during the 2027 calendar year. Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026.

Emergency Fiber Optic Cable Repair Work

The Village is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for emergency fiber optic cable repair work. Proposals will be accepted until 3 p.m. local time on Friday, Nov. 20, 2026.

SCADA Integration Services

The Village is seeking bids from qualified contractors for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) integration services for the Village's drinking water system. Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026.

Drinking Water Laboratory Services

The Village is seeking bids from qualified laboratories for the testing and analysis of its drinking water. Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026.

Generator Maintenance and Repair Services

The Village is accepting bids from qualified service contractors to provide generator maintenance and repair services. Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026.

On-Call Engineering Services

The Village is seeking bids from qualified consultants to provide on-call engineering services. Bids will be accepted until 5 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026.
