Official Statement from the Village of Oak Park on U.S. Bank Published on January 16, 2026 On January 13, 2026, a public hearing was held during the Village of Oak Park Board of Trustees’ meeting regarding the acquisition of property owned by U.S. Bank at 11 Madison St. by eminent domain using “quick-take” powers.
