The Village of Oak Park has announced that Village Hall will once again serve as an Early Voting site for the Gubernatorial General Election set to take place on Nov. 3, 2026.

Early Voting Information

Early Voting will be available at Village Hall (123 Madison St.) beginning Mon., Oct. 19 at 9 a.m. through Mon., Nov. 2 at 5 p.m.

Hours for Early Voting are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays (Oct. 25 and Nov. 1). The Early Voting site at Village Hall is open to all registered voters who reside in suburban Cook County, regardless of home municipality or assigned Election Day polling place.

Grace-period voter registration will also be available during Early Voting. Individuals registering or updating an address must bring two (2) forms of identification, including one that shows the current address. Click here for a list of acceptable forms of ID. Anyone choosing to register during the grace period must vote at the time of registration.

Election Day Information

New for this Election Day, Village Hall will serve as a polling place. Oak Park voters residing in precinct 15 who have traditionally cast ballots at the J.L. Hedges Administration Office (218 Madison St.) are now assigned to vote at Village Hall on Election Day, Tues., Nov. 3. All polls, including at Village Hall, are open on Election Day throughout suburban Cook County from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Oak Park voters who are unsure about their assigned polling place should confirm the location before Election Day by using the Cook County Clerk’s Your Voter Information tool.

The Cook County Clerk serves as the election authority for suburban Cook County and administers voter registration, Early Voting and Election Day voting. The Village of Oak Park Clerk’s Office provides Village Hall as a voting location and is sharing this schedule to ensure voters have timely and accessible election information.
