This position assigns and, in some cases, performs maintenance and repair duties for Village buildings, grounds and major systems (HVAC and MEP); prioritizes work for contractors and vendors; coordinates project work; completes regular facility inspections, manages inventories and material procurement and oversees the work order system for all building maintenance activities. Employees in this class are subject to 24-hour call outs.
