The Village of Oak Park has openings for the 2026 Summer Seasonal Student Employment. There are two openings for our Engineering internship. This internship will provide students with real-life experience in the daily tasks of a field Civil Engineer. It is an opportunity for students to apply classroom learning in the field. During the internship, interns will be instructed and supervised by experienced civil engineers. Interns will become familiar with construction and sidewalk condition inspections, data collection and entry, surveying, CAD drafting, GIS mapping and other engineering related work.
