Let's dig in to food waste awareness prevention! Join the Village, the Oak Park Public Library and local experts to learn about the impact of food waste, what our community is doing to combat these issues and find out more about what you can do to help.
The Food Waste Awareness Forum will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22 in the Veterans Room at the Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake St.
Attendees can connect with local organizations, participate in a Q&A, enjoy light vegan refreshments and more.
