State Senator Don Harmon will host two seminars to discuss changes to Illinois' retiree health benefits. If you are Medicare eligible and a member of the College Insurance Program, the State Insurance Program or the Teachers’ Retirement Insurance Program, these state health care plan changes apply to you. Illinois Central Management Services (CMS) and area health plan representatives will be available to answer questions and offer guidance. Open enrollment in these plans must be completed by December 13, 2013. Any impacted retiree may attend these meetings and may submit enrollment paperwork.The seminars will take place at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 9 at the Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake St. For more information, please contact Sen.
