Open to the public. Meeting in which the CDCAC will decide funding levels for CDBG Public Service and ESG grant proposals for PY 2014. The Committee will also decide which CDBG Public Facilities Improvements applicants will move on to the 2nd Round. Finally, the CDCAC will decide Cook County Program Year Change Gap Funding levels for qualifying agencies.
