Program Year 2021 CDBG Public Services Application
The Village is accepting CDBG (Public Services and Public Facility Improvements) proposals for Program Year 2021, which runs from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022. Online submissions are available only for registered users. Prior year credentials should work again this year; if not, or for first-time users, please email grants@oak-park.us to request an account.
All applicants must read the instruction handbook before starting the proposal form. Failure to do so could result in the proposal being rejected. All proposals are due no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2021. No exceptions. Do not use any old, outdated forms.
Applications must be received one week prior to the deadline – 5 p.m. on February 26, 2021 – to have the opportunity to resubmit any missing/incorrect information and be accepted. This option is highly recommended by Village staff. Any application submitted after 5 p.m., February 26, 2021 and before 5 p.m., March 5, 2021 that contains missing and/or substantially incorrect information will not be accepted. However, even with the early deadline, it is expected that the application will be a finished product with all required components submitted.
