Parking for persons with disabilities also will be maintained by the accessible entrance to Village Hall on Lombard Avenue. A map outlining temporary parking availability at Village Hall is posted at In addition to a long overdue resurfacing of the parking lot, the project will include new lighting, several new electric vehicle charging stations and enhancements to bring the parking lot up to compliance with standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Madison Street improvements…Construction is underway to convert Madison Street into three lanes from Harlem Avenue to Austin Boulevard and incorporate a range of pedestrian-friendly features. Commonly referred to as a road diet, the project will reduce the roadway to one lane in each direction, with a shared center lane for turns.
