Social services referrals…Online referral network The HUB connects individuals with a broad network of local and regional agencies and institutions that offer free and reduced-cost social services, including senior and youth services, developmental disabilities, medical health care and behavioral/mental health services. Memory café…Individuals living with memory loss and their caregivers have a safe online space to connect, and enjoy recreational and educational opportunities at The Memory Café. Medical equipment to lend…Medical equipment — including canes, walkers, shower chairs and wheelchairs — is available for loan free of charge for as long as needed through the Oak Park Township. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and all equipment is donated. Borrowers assume all risk and liability when using the borrowed equipment.
