The Oak Park Department of Public Health will offer COVID-19 vaccines, including booster shots for those who are eligible and first doses to anyone age 12 and older, at a vaccination clinic at Downtown Oak Park's See You Saturday festival, held on Marion Street between Lake Street and North Boulevard.
Just look for the Health Department’s mobile van.
Appointments are limited and advance registration is required - click here to register.
Anyone registered to receive a booster shot will need to bring their vaccine card that lists information about their previous doses of the Pfizer vaccine.
