Choice announced for new Trustee

Online parking pass program launched

Friday, February 28, 2014 :: Vehicle owners now can request up to 10 temporary, overnight on-street parking passes per vehicle per month - three are free and the other seven are $7 each. Requests for both free and paid passes can be made online.

2013 crime rate at record low

Wednesday, January 22, 2014 :: Oak Park’s 2013 crime rate was the second lowest in the last 41 years, according to data compiled under the state's Uniform Crime Reporting Index released this week by the Police Department. Thefts and burglaries represented nearly 90 percent of all 2013 crime.
