The Village of Oak Park is seeking proposals to develop a site at South Boulevard and Harlem Avenue within the downtown area.
The main site, which is approximately 47,325 square feet, is owned by the Village. Privately-owned parcels to the east of the development site are included as an alternative. Considered signature sites, the Village believes their redevelopment will redefine Oak Park’s greater downtown for the foreseeable future.
The selection process will consist of developer submittals, staff review and recommendation to the Oak Park Village Board of Trustees for consideration.
