The Village of Oak Park wants to hear from you about policing in Oak Park!

BerryDunn, a national consulting firm, is working with the Village of Oak Park to conduct a comprehensive operational assessment of the Village of Oak Park Police Department. This independent assessment requires a thorough review of information from both internal and external sources. Accordingly, BerryDunn seeks community perspectives on how the Village of Oak Park performs its public safety function in serving the Village of Oak Park residents and visitors. BerryDunn is interested in hearing positive comments, as well as constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the department so it can meet the needs of the community. BerryDunn and the Village of Oak Park thank you in advance for providing your unique and personal contributions to this review process. Race Equity Survey

Communities across the United States are calling for renewed and intentional efforts to address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues and concerns. The Village of Oak Park recognizes the critical nature of DEI, and values the opportunity to collaborate and engage with the community in conversations that advance and improve DEI in Oak Park. This survey seeks to collect vital community feedback regarding DEI areas that relate directly to public safety and the Oak Park Police Department. The Village of Oak Park values your comments, thoughts, and ideas, and thanks you in advance for taking the time to complete this important survey.

Police CFS Survey

A critical element of exploring the traditional police CFS response model involves community collaboration and understanding community priorities surrounding public safety.

To help collect this information, the Village of Oak Park has posted a link to the survey below.
