Visitors to Oak Park Village Hall, 123 Madison St., are invited to provide feedback about their experience via an electronic survey. A touch-screen tablet on a kiosk near the main entrance offers visitors the opportunity to anonymously rate the quality of the service received. The brief survey also allows visitors to submit contact information should they wish to discuss their experience further. While the survey is not a scientifically valid poll of customer satisfaction, officials say results provide indications of where and how the customer experience at Village Hall can be improved.
