Oak Park boys and girls ages eight – 14 are invited to participate in a free youth basketball camp sponsored by the Oak Park Police Department. The annual camp, now in its 20th year, is scheduled for Aug. 12 – 16 at the West Cook YMCA, 255 S. Marion St.Sessions will be held from 8 – 11 a.m. for ages 8 – 11, and noon to 3 p.m. for ages 12 – 14. Activities will include group instruction, team play, one-on-one, full-court games, contests and awards.Space is limited and registration is required.
