A Special Remote Meeting will be conducted with live audio and optional video of participants. The meeting will be available live at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85637070806 and archived online for on-demand viewing at www.oak-park.us/commissiontv the following day. Remote meetings are authorized pursuant to Section 7(e) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. The Village President has determined that an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent due to the COVID-19 outbreak during Governor J.B. Pritzker’s current disaster proclamation. It is also not feasible to have persons present at the regular meeting location due to public safety concerns related to the COVID-19 outbreak.
There are three items scheduled for the agenda:
1. Staff's Recommendations Regarding the Parking Pilot Program
2. Recommend to the Village Board Revised Principles and Goals for the Village's Transportation System Network (Work Plan item)
3. Review the Effectiveness of the Existing Citizen Petition Process/System for Implementing Traffic Calming Measures and Then Modifying or Replacing Them, if Warranted (Work Plan item)
