Cook County residents are invited to a series of public meetings to discuss a recent study about the area's vulnerability to natural hazards. The study's findings will help local governments reduce the risk from these hazards and help speed recovery efforts when they happen.The Dec. 12 meeting will take place in the main board room at the Westchester Village Hall building, 10300 W.
