Cable Complaints Residents who are unable to resolve a cable television or modem service problem directly with the cable company at 866.594.1234, may contact the Village Manager's Office where a dispute resolution procedure is in place to assist. Complaints or problems also are recorded and tracked for review by the Telecommunications Commission and for use during cable franchise performance review. |
