Parking Services Division Parking Tickets Info and Records Parking Services tracks information regarding the parking tickets associated with vehicles. Requests for an individual parking ticket history must include the vehicle license number. Information about the type of ticket and circumstances associated with each ticket can be provided and a copy of the ticket can be reissued to the violator if necessary. A vehicle owner who believes a parking citation was issued in error can contest the ticket in writing or in person at the date and time listed on the citation. The written appeal must be received no later than 14 days after the date the ticket was issued and should include all evidence the vehicle owner wishes to be considered, such as pictures and documents. You may choose only one method of appeal. Notification of the judgment should come within three weeks. Additional fees will be incurred if payment is not received within 14 days of the judgment. Written appeals also can be made on-line as well as in person through the Office of Adjudication, which uses administrative law judges to hear appeals at Village Hall.
