Immunizations

Immunizations are offered for children 18 years and younger at no cost. Appointments are required - call 708.358.5491. In addition, clinics are held in the fall of each year for low-cost flu immunizations for all ages. For the dates of flu clinics, or to make an appointment, call 708.358.5480 or e-mail health@oak-park.us click to e-mail the Health Department.
