Family Case Management

Provides services to financially eligible pregnant women and infants. The program helps families find health care services such as prenatal care, well and sick child care, immunizations and offers nutritional guidance. Free pregnancy testing also is offered.

In addition, The Department of Public Health can provide residents with applications and assistance applying for a variety of health care coverage programs offered by other organizations, including the following:

--Access to Care is available to residents in Suburban Cook County who meet financial eligibility, have no health insurance, and are ineligible for Medicare or public aid.

--Kid Care, Illinois's children's health insurance program provides health care services for children under the age of 19 whose families meet financial qualifications.
