Employee/Retiree Benefits The Human Resources Department administers a broad range of employee benefits programs including health, life and dental insurance, and pension plans. The Village of Oak Park participates in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund which provides pensions for most employees except for police and fire officials who have separate pension systems under state law.
