Utility Billing Division
The Utility Billing division of the Finance Department is responsible for billing and collections of water services and refuse pick-up fees and water meter reading equipment, as well as oversight of billing by third party Oak Park ambulance services. Customer service clerks and a water meter reader provide the staff support. The division is not involved in gas, electric or phone utility billing, services that are provided to Oak Park residences and businesses by private companies and public utilities.
