Fiscal Services Division
The primary functions of the Fiscal Services division include the development, coordination and compilation of the annual budget, annual financial reports and overall support to all Village Departments. The Fiscal Services Division manages all accounting functions, including those for the examination and preparation of the annual audit. In addition, the Division maintains the general ledger, reconciles bank statements, prepares financial status reports, and tracks and records the collection of all receipts and disbursements including payroll, pension and accounts payable.
