Utility Billing Division
Ambulance Billing The Village Board by ordinance establishes fees for ambulance services provided by the Fire Department. Fees range from $175 for Basic Life Support when no other type of procedures are provided by paramedics, to more than $500 when additional Advanced Life procedures are provided. The Village employs an outside service, Metro Ambulance Billing Service, to invoice and collect all ambulance fees. Any questions regarding the charges on the bills should be directed this service at 630.530.2988. Any questions relating to the actual services provided by Oak Park paramedics at the time of transport should be directed to the Fire Department's Administration Office at 708.445.3300.
