Amount: Construction portion of OPDC loan plus a grant for bank fees, excluding loan fee, up to $4500
Eligibility: Commercial rehab located within the Madison Street TIF district and approved for an OPDC Commercial Loan. Funding for furniture, fixtures and equipment may also be considered.
