Downtown overlay transit district The Village is in the process of revising specific sections of the Oak Park Zoning Ordinance relative to land uses and boundaries for the Transit-Related Retail Overlay District near the intermodal public transit station in the downtown area. The public is invited to attend any and all public hearings and provide comments in person or in writing to the Plan Commission, 123 Madison Street, Oak Park , IL 60302 , or by e-mail to the Community Planning & Development Department Click here to see a map of the proposed overlay district
