The Property Standards division enforces the Village's property maintenance codes. Among the division's programs are the annual inspection of all multi-family buildings, the Neighborhood Walk program, and inspection of commercial occupancies. In addition, the division responds to citizen complaints regarding the maintenance of specific properties.
