Building Inspection Services The Building Inspection Services division administers the Village's construction permit program. The division issues permits for all construction and sign installations, inspects and enforces building codes related to construction, and inspects elevators. In addition, the division also conducts plan reviews, and ensures compliance with the Zoning Code.
