Regular board meetings are broadcast live beginning at 7:30 p.m. on VOP-TV, the government television station available to cable subscribers on Channel 6. Recorded meetings are
rebroadcast at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays and at 11 a.m. Sundays,
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The Village Board also conducts study sessions, which are working meetings intended to allow extended discussion of items that may later come before the board at a regular meeting for a vote. Contact the Village Clerk or Village Manager's office for confirmation of items of interest or for additional information. Regular meetings of the Village Board typically are held at 7:30 p.m., the first and third Monday of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall, 123 Madison. Regular board meetings are broadcast live and rebroadcast at 11 a.m., Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays on VOP-TV, the government television station available to cable subscribers on Channel 6. Items listed under the consent agenda heading usually are not individually debated and are passed en bloc with one vote, unless the item is moved to the regular agenda. A maximum of three people may speak to each side of the agenda item marked with an asterisk.
