The minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Board are posted above only after having been approved by the Village Board at a subsequent meeting. The regular meetings of the Village Board are typically held the first and third Monday of each month at Village Hall Council Chambers (Madison and Lombard) at 7:30 pm. Items listed under the consent agenda are not usually individually debated and are passed en bloc with one vote, unless the item is moved to the regular agenda. A maximum of three people can speak to each side of the agenda item marked with an asterisk. Such items either have been the subject of a public hearing by a designated hearing body or are scheduled for a public hearing. Archives
